1. Your Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving any reason. This right is granted under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and implemented in Danish law.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you nominate (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter) before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

3. Returning the Products

You must send back the products without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the products before the period of 14 days has expired.

We recommend using a trackable delivery service and retaining proof of postage. Products should be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened where possible, to ensure they are in a resaleable condition.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (e.g., opened supplement bottles).
  • Products that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.

For hygiene reasons, we may not accept returns of dietary supplements where the seal has been broken. If you have opened the product and wish to return it, please contact us to discuss your situation. We may offer a partial refund or exchange at our discretion.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you have additional rights under consumer protection law. Please contact us within a reasonable time (typically within 14 days of receipt) with details and, if possible, photographs.

We will, at our option, replace the product, refund the purchase price, or offer a partial refund. We may request that you return the defective product for inspection. In cases of defect or damage, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned products and verify they meet our return conditions, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate and ensure your refund is processed.

7. Non-EU/EEA Customers

If you are located outside the EU/EEA, different terms may apply. We encourage you to contact us before placing an order to understand the return and refund options available in your region. We will work with you to find a fair solution.
